November is National Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month. Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) Emergency Management Coordinator Shaw Hazard talks about energy emergencies and the PUC role in State Operations Center activations. He also tells the story of the October 2019 tornadoes in the north Dallas area where more than 4,500 personnel from multiple utilities worked to restore power to more than 120,000 customers.
